By accessing or using Duelo.gg ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Duelo.gg. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who do not meet eligibility requirements.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Not share, sell, or transfer your account to any third party

4. Platform Points (PTS)

Duelo.gg uses a virtual currency called PTS. PTS have no real-world monetary value and cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for cash, or transferred outside the Platform. PTS are used solely for participation in duels and challenges within the Platform.

• PTS purchased or earned are non-refundable
• We reserve the right to adjust PTS balances in case of errors or abuse
• PTS may expire if an account is inactive for more than 12 months

5. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

All users are expected to compete fairly. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Cheating, hacking, or using third-party software to gain an unfair advantage
• Manipulating match outcomes through collusion or account sharing
• Abusing bugs or exploits in the Platform
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
• Creating multiple accounts to gain competitive advantages

Violations may result in account suspension or permanent ban without refund of PTS.

6. Steam Integration

Duelo.gg integrates with Steam to verify Dota 2 match data. By connecting your Steam account, you authorize us to access your public match history for the purposes of verifying duel results. We do not access private data beyond what is necessary for match verification.

7. Premium Subscription

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused subscription time.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Duelo.gg, including but not limited to logos, graphics, interface design, and text, is the property of Duelo.gg and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Duelo.gg is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of PTS, data, or access to the Platform.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any conduct we deem harmful to the Platform or its users.
